About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive for our IT services business who can bridge the gap between sales and technical teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team with technical and solution-oriented inputs.
Key Responsibilities
- •Understand client business and technical requirements.
- •Work closely with sales and technical teams to define solutions.
- •Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- •Participate in client calls, demos, and requirement discussions.
- •Assist in pricing, estimations, and solution positioning.
- •Maintain proposal templates and pre-sales documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- •Experience in IT pre-sales or solution consulting.
- •Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, AI, cloud, or automation.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- •Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- •Experience working with AI, cloud, or automation services.
- •Exposure to proposal tools, CRM systems, or bidding platforms.
- •Understanding of delivery models and project estimation.
- •Prior experience in IT services or consulting firms.
