About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable backend and AI-driven systems. You will work on cloud-native applications, microservices, and AI solutions, collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance, production-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- •Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- •Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities such as NLP, automation, predictive models, or LLM-based solutions.
- •Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- •Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
- •Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- •Develop secure and scalable REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
- •Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- •Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
- •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- •2–4 years of professional experience in backend or platform engineering.
- •Strong proficiency in Python with experience in building production-grade systems.
- •Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning frameworks and AI-driven applications.
- •Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- •Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- •Strong experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch).
- •Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- •Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Skills
- •Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, or RAG-based systems.
- •Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.
- •Experience with workflow orchestration or automation tools (Airflow, n8n, etc.).
- •Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- •Prior experience working in SaaS or product-based environments.
